With bookaLEAP you can organise your community's sport events anywhere, starting in Amsterdam. Create your own community, set up its events and take bookings in one place, and lead it together with the people who help you run it.

Your community gets its own page with its upcoming events and its member count. bookaLEAP reviews each new event before it goes live. People who book one of your events join your community automatically, and members can get a notification whenever a new event of yours goes live. As the owner, you can appoint admins to help you run the community.

How do I start a community on bookaLEAP?

Choose Start your community, sign in, pick Community as the type, and fill in your community's name, description and location. bookaLEAP reviews each new community before it goes live. Once it is approved, you can create events and people can join.

What can I do as a community owner?

You edit your community's page, create and manage its events, post as the community and manage its finances. You can also appoint admins to help you. Admins can do most of the same, but only the owner can appoint admins, submit the payout verification or archive the community.

What does bookaLEAP charge for paid events?

bookaLEAP's commission is 10% of what the participant paid for a ticket, and your community's share is credited to its balance. To sell paid tickets, your community's payout verification must be approved first. When you withdraw the balance to the bank account verified for your community, a withdrawal fee of 0.5% of the amount applies. The Terms and Conditions set out the details, including how VAT is handled.

Can my community organise events outside Amsterdam?

Yes. bookaLEAP is starting in Amsterdam, but your community's events can take place wherever you organise them, and each event page shows its own location.
